Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for supporting Boujee Boutiquee! We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding our custom creations and our apparel collections.
1. Custom Snowglobe Cups (Final Sale)
Because each snowglobe cup is a custom product made specifically for you, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
• Air Bubbles: Please note that air bubbles can occur naturally during the shipping and handling process. These are considered a normal characteristic of the product and are not grounds for a replacement or refund.
2. Clothing & Apparel
We want you to be happy with your style! If your clothing item isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns or Exchanges.
• 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Eligibility: To be eligible, clothing must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
• Exchange Fees: If you choose to exchange an item for a different size or style, a $7 reship fee applies (available for purchase on our website).
3. Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at boujeeeboutiqueeee@gmail.com
within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund.
• Note: We only offer 100% full return for items that arrive damaged.
4. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to snowglobe cups, the following items are Final Sale:
• All Sale/Clearance items.

1 Email us at boujeeeboutiqueeee@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2 If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3 Please Note: Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
