Welcome to Boujee Boutiquee. This website is operated by Boujee Boutiquee (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions & Shopify Integration

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. By using this site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Custom Products (Snowglobe Cups)

Final Sale: Because snowglobe cups are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Natural Variations: You acknowledge that air bubbles are a natural result of the shipping and settling process. These are considered an inevitable aspect of the product and are not grounds for replacement or refund.

3. Boutique Clothing & Apparel

Returns: Clothing items are eligible for Exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
Fees: A $7 reship fee applies to all exchanges and is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Vendor Orders

Vendor Processing: Some items are ordered from our personal vendors. These items typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive at our facility before being shipped to you.
Delivery: Once we receive the items from the vendor, they are inspected and shipped out immediately.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. As a Shopify-powered store, your data (including contact details and financial information) is processed to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and improve your shopping experience. 7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

Boujee Boutiquee does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Boujee Boutiquee, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.
